In community news. As part of CaribDirect’s multi-media expansion program, the company has secured a three hour slot on the popular Colourful Radio DAB station.
The Colourful Breakfast show has long been a staple at London’s only legal Black commercial radio station that attracts an average of 75,000 listeners per week. CaribDirect.com’s publisher David F. Roberts will host the show which will focus primarily on Caribbean issues.
Each Monday morning, 7am to 10am, David will deliver a full talk show divided into two main themes, lifestyle and business. The lifestyle segment of the show will be driven by former Jamaica beauty queen and CaribDirect Diaspora News In Brief’s co-presenter Sherika Miller.
Business mentor, insurance guru and operations director of Caribbean Enterprise Network UK (CENUK) Denis St Bernard will lead on business discussions in the business segment.
The show is intended to provide an interactive platform for business and lifestyle topics affecting the Caribbean community to be aired in an open and live forum. Guests with certain expertise will be invited to consult either in studio or via telephone to provide factual academic or technical support.
