Entertainment commentary. Big boobs and sexual implications aside, I really appreciate anime especially Naruto. Naruto is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto. It tells the story of Naruto Uzumaki, a shinobi who constantly searches for recognition and dreams to become the Hokage, the leader of the Leaf Village.

What really grabs me about this anime is the morality of it all especially of the main character, Naruto. He remains sturdy throughout all the struggles, pain and betrayal. He is true to his character and a man of his word. He doesn’t sway from his dream of becoming Hokage nor does he betrays or abandons his friends even when they have forsaken him.

His character is refreshing and reinforces the better side of humanity. I know it is just an animation but there is a thing or two that people could learn from watching this series. Another characteristic of Naruto I adore is his ability to forgive and move on. He doesn’t make excuses to do bad. He doesn’t allow his pain to fester into hate that leads to revenge as some of the other most powerful characters have done.

His character inspires. That might sound lame but he does. I love that his character is one that remains true even when the world around him tries to break him down into a lesser person. He’s steadfast in his belief, passionate about what is true to him. It is this steadfastness that ultimately causes the people around to become better individuals.

And that is one noble lesson this real world could utilize.
