Community news. As we go about our Christmas shopping and activities a voice that we have known for many years is no longer with us. I speak of Vaughn Noel, the bumble bee, who kept us informed and entertained on Radio St. Lucia. The Christmas season was his time to shine when he would be on-air hosting programing for the holiday season. You could hear the laughter and sincere joy which he had for his job.
Vaughn was the true feeling of Christmas on the airwaves in St. Lucia. Just as we all expect to hear Christmas carols during this special time of year so did we expect to hear Vaughn on the radio.
As I remember, Vaughn had a number of favourites for his radio stints during the holidays. These come to mind. I am sure you have your memories.
