Caribbean New Frontier Foundation introduces Caribbean Cultural Heritage Food Project (#cariherfood)
We are now inviting expressions of interest for this exciting 2023 cooking course for 18- to 25-year-olds.
Venue: Hammersmith & Fulham College, Gliddon Road, London, W14 9BL
(Spectators not allowed to visit as event will be streamed live on social media)
Start Date: Thursday 12th January 2022
Participating candidates will benefit from the following:
- Training in kitchen management
- Understanding the difference between food and cuisine
- Preparing and presenting a Caribbean breakfast, lunch and dessert
- Exposure to a live restaurant kitchen

- New marketable skills for UK Hospitality industry
- Certificate of Participation
- Copy of #CariHerFood Souvenir Booklet
- Group Photo
- Winner Gets #CariHerFood branded jacket, Plaque, CNFF Lapel Pin and introduction to UK hospitality executives
- Participants will be supervised by Caribbean celebrity chef Orlando Satchell a.k.a ‘The Godfather of Caribbean Cuisine’ and veteran McLaren F1 chef George Owusu.
