Hello,
this is to let you know about our new crowdfunding project – A Growing Community – for which we are aiming to raise at least £30,000. As an organisation created during the first lockdown of 2020 to deliver mutual aid and provide a social service to Black and Ethnic communities in Hastings & Rother, we have rarely qualified for grant funding. Fortunately, our B.A.M.E. status enabled us to receive funding for a couple of our projects as part of the National Emergency funds (Joyful Roots and Dark Matters), however, we require core funds to help us continue our services. Depending on how much we can raise, we would also like to hold funds at a local level, so that we can respond to community need much faster. Click link to support. Anything will help, thank you!
