Caribbean New Frontier Foundation introduces Caribbean Cultural Heritage Food Project (#cariherfood)

We are now inviting expressions of interest for this exciting 2023 cooking course for 18- to 25-year-olds.

Venue: Hammersmith & Fulham College, Gliddon Road, London, W14 9BL
(Spectators not allowed to visit as event will be streamed live on social media)

Start Date:  Thursday 12th January 2022

Participating candidates will benefit from the following:

  1. Training in kitchen management
  2. Understanding the difference between food and cuisine
  3. Preparing and presenting a Caribbean breakfast, lunch and dessert
  4. Exposure to a live restaurant kitchen
  5. #cariherfood Branded Apron
  6. New marketable skills for UK Hospitality industry
  7. Certificate of Participation
  8. Copy of #CariHerFood Souvenir Booklet
  9. Group Photo
  10. Winner Gets #CariHerFood branded jacket, Plaque, CNFF Lapel Pin and introduction to UK hospitality executives
  11. Participants will be supervised by Caribbean celebrity chef Orlando Satchell a.k.a ‘The Godfather of Caribbean Cuisine’ and veteran McLaren F1 chef George Owusu.
