A country where the leadership is not prostrating each day before the presence of the Lord our God, in praises and thanksgiving is a country where the solidity of its foundation from creation is being eroded and rebuilt on the sandy shores of its beaches. Our country needs prayers. As we St. Lucians go to the polls on such a crucial election day by all accounts we bind our thoughts in prayer from the depths of our hearts, seeking God’s authority with the abundance of grace and sparing mercies from any form of destruction by hands of the enemy.

Lord let St Lucia be restored to its founding principles, that you are the HEAD and not tail of our destiny. Let Your Righteousness echo throughout the hills and valleys in all 17 constituencies, that the right person or persons shall emerge with victory for all St Lucians home and abroad.
That St Lucia can become a shining example to all developing countries, from the shores of the Caribbean seas to the land of milk and honey; “Mother Africa”.
Almighty God let Your will be done as You hear this day our humble cries. Amen
