Man feared killed in Dominica Jouvert celebrations

Caribbean news. A man has been reportedly stabbed on Jouvert morning in Roseau.

Reports reaching DNO indicate the man is dead. However, this has not been confirmed by the police.

The incident occurred shortly after 9:00 am.

Jouvert started in Roseau at around 4:00 am on Monday morning.
