The available post of ‘Stop Smoking Facilitator’ will focus on liaising and helping stop smoking advisors working at GP surgeries, pharmacies, and other community locations in Richmond.

Kick It! is a well-established service, seeking a new facilitator, who can bring an injection of energy and a fresh perspective to our dynamic team. This is a varied role – no two days are the same. You will work fairly independently, taking responsibility for your own schedule and priorities, with the support of your line manager and the wider team.

Weekly duties consist of delivering facilitation tasks working with other advisors and delivering direct advice to clients on our mobile funky VW clinic. You will also take an active part in delivering a small (localised) part of the L2 advisor training, and lead on quarterly specialist update trainings.

The right candidate will be paid £25,000 – £28,000 annually depending on qualifications and experience. Closing date for applications is 20thof November 2013 and the provisional date for assessment centre/interview: 25th of November 2013, with a potential start date of week beginning 9th of December.

Prior experience in a similar role or Health care related role is desirable.

Interested? We’d love to hear from you. In the first instance please submit your application by e-mailing your CV and cover letter to [email protected]
