Trinidad PM Announces Restaurants To ReOpen on 1st November

PM Rowley has authorised the Health Minister to make the following announcement: Full service will resume at restaurants and other facilities operating within the Safe Zones from Monday 1st November (consumption of alcohol on the premises ONLY). Capacity remains at 50%.
