Noddy Virtue Jamaica

Since his Rising Stars stint and his subsequent track with fellow Rising Stars contestant, Jodi-Ann Pantry, we have not heard much from or about Noddy Virtue.  Therefore, when I saw Noddy’s name in a headline, I was a bit reluctant to find out more.  So here is the story, Noddy Virtue’s ex girlfriend is demanding that Noddy return some money to her.

According to her interview in the Star, she apparently spent a lot of money on Noddy, on multiple occasions.  According to Noddy’s ex, Kim Sinclair, “I used my credit card to purchase things for him and his mother. When I came to Jamaica him a tell me bout some issues we him have and how him car not working, so I spent a lot of money renting car etc. Everyday I had to be going to the bank. I even had to cut my visit short because he was draining my money,”

She further went on to talk about money she claimed to have lent Noddy, amounting to US$1000.  Also, she claimed to have found out via the internet about Noddy’s marriage to another woman. “I loaned him the money and then one day I was on the Internet and I found out that Noddy Virtue was married. I asked him about it and he said him married fi business. Mi even threaten fi put it in the paper and he said to go ahead. He needs to be exposed, he can’t just be using people like that.”   So she obviously was not joking about putting it in the paper, since she went to the Star newspaper with her sob story.

She then expressing her desire to have her money back, “All I want from him is the money he owes me and I want to expose him for his lies. He shouldn’t be allowed to trick anybody anymore. I don’t want him to do the same thing that he did to me to other women. I want what he owes me.”

Noddy has not yet commented on the issue.  Maybe he can use the situation to give himself a little career boost.  After all, as the saying goes; “no publicity is bad publicity.”
