The UK’s first ever Caribbean Food week launched by Grace Foods UK and runs during the 20th-27th August. This event celebrates Caribbean food and its popularity in the UK with growing demand from the British and diaspora consumers.
August 2012 is proving definitely to be Caribbean month with both recent Olympics and Caribbean athletes competing, also Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago both celebrating the 50 years of independence this month and a glorious sunshine weather, perfect for eating outdoors, barbeques, punches and cocktails.
