Delivering on in-store theatre as well as taste, this sensational serve is created one cup at a time, every portion lined with a balsamic caramel sauce and fresh strawberries before the magic happens…
Combining artistry and science, Mazzetti Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is drizzled onto the strawberries and cream blend before a cloud of liquid nitrogen instantly freezes the mixture, making a super-smooth ice cream that perfectly captures the unique taste of each of the ingredients. A handful of strawberries and balsamic caramel are drizzled on top, and a heart shaped shortbread biscuit gives a final nod to February’s festivities.
