The art of creating and running a world class Caribbean B&B / and Small Hotel. 

Come November 19th the major players in the Caribbean food and beverage space will be engaging a number of African, Caribbean and British food and beverage enthusiasts, hoteliers, chefs and SMEs operating in the food and beverage sector. CaribDirect Multi-Media will, for the second time be hosting a high profile conference, Caribbean Food and Drink Conference 2018 which is part of a five day series of African and Caribbean trade and cultural activities commencing on Wednesday 14th November and ending on Monday 19th November with the Caribbean Food and Drink Conference.

This innovative event is a collaboration with Nigerian entrepreneur Tokunbo Chiedu, managing director of Compass Global Business Services, a highly effective professional with extensive Nigerian and Ghanian government and corporate connections. The event is supported by the Department for International Trade (DIT), the Institute of Export (IOE),  the British Chambers of Commerce(BCC) the Commonwealth Secretariat and Jus’ Caribbean. Promotion of the event is being undertaken by world renowned trade finance media company Global Trade Review (GTR). 
 
Mayor of Croydon, Councillor Bernadette Khan is expected to deliver the keynote speech while broadcaster / international conference host Henry Bonsu will moderate the day’s activities. Among the other high profile speakers includes Denis St.Bernard, a Caribbean serial entrepreneur and international business consultant and mentor who has distinguished himself in several sectors, having lived and worked on 3 continents denisstbernard.com.

Within the last 4 years he has established himself as somewhat of a guru in the Caribbean food and hospitality sector in the Lake District with his Archway B&B Guesthouse . The Lake District was recently crowned World Heritage Site. Archway B&B Guest House recently won the TripAdvisor Hall of Fame award for Food and Service. The Westmorland Lake District Gazette describes the Archway B&B Guesthouse as having one of the best Breakfasts in the Lakes, with its sort-after Caribbean breakfast menu, based on hundreds of consistently excellent reviews over the last 3 years the-archway.com.
