Many families have contacted the Federation of African & Caribbean Funeral Operatives (FACFO) regarding their experiences with White funeral directors, specifically with regard to their inability to provide cultural and basic hygienic services, such as hair styling, washing and dressing.
As we are becoming more aware of the challenges faced by Black families we are asking for the completion of this survey so that we can work to enable the provision of better services in the future.
