JN Money Transfer has teamed up with Our Parks to launch a free dance fitness programme for customers and members of staff. The programme will commence at Brockwell Park, South London on August 3 at 6pm and will be held every Wednesday at various parks across London, Midlands and Manchester until September 14.
Our Parks, Your Business is a new service offered by Our Parks, which delivers an extensive range of outdoor exercise activities, with the aim of getting ‘inactive’ members of the community to exercise regularly in an effort to improve the health of the local community.

The one-hour long sessions will be coordinated by professional fitness instructors and will include dance fitness and full-body workout routines.
