God Knows Why… Trust Him!

Yes, I’m back…I’m back…and very excited to share with you what has been going on in my absence over the coming weeks! This morning (March, 21st 2023) I heard these words in my spirit “God knows why”. As you can imagine my heart was filled with joy, excitement overshadowed me and great expectation arose to know that my life is in God’s precious hands, He knows the way I’m to take (Job 23:10 from the Bible)  and everything is alright.

We have to come to a point in life to understand that when we don’t yet see the manifestation of what we are believing God for, our job is to just trust Him. Is it easy to kick back and allow God to take the full reign of our lives? It certainly isn’t.

You may have been waiting years for a spouse, the prodigal to come home, your bank account to look healthy even after all the bills have been paid. The job or the business to manifest and prosper, the sickness and disease to disappear, whatever that tough situation is God knows why your dream has not yet come to pass. In the meantime what are we to do in the waiting room? Yep, you got it – our job is to trust Him, because only He knows the way we should take, (Job 23:10) and He makes everything beautiful in its time, (Ecclesiastes 3:11).

If you’ve been feeling frustrated, isolated, not knowing which path to take, I want to encourage you to pray and seek God for the next step of your life, don’t take another step until you hear what you’re meant to be doing. If you don’t hear immediately, wait, wait and wait some more. If you hear straight away either way, please ask God to give you clarity and understanding of what He’s shown you. Many times we get excited and act on the glimpse of what we’ve seen, (I know I’ve done that many times, and it led to me falling on some hard rocks).

When what you’re believing God for is taking time in coming, that’s when He’s doing his best work, He’s marinating you in His spirit and perfecting the other side of the situation. Which tastes better popcorn chicken, or chicken that’s been left to marinate overnight, and cooked to the right frequency and temperature? Of course it’s the marinated chicken, why? Because it went through the process of becoming tasty and tender, thus better for your health, while the popcorn version went through some quick fryer, tasted salty and is hard as nails on your teeth!

Please remember God loves you and has a fantastic plan for your life, (Jeremiah 29:11). He will never leave nor forsake you, and is with you as you go throughout every situation in life, (Isaiah 43:1-7). He knows why things are taking time, and sees the bigger picture. He is perfecting everything that concerns you, (Psalm 138:8), and when your dream comes true, it will be beautiful, perfect and draw others to God, just trust Him, He knows best!

So until next time, remember that you are beautiful and wonderfully made – With love Amanda x
