This highly and critically acclaimed film explores and examines Ali’s life and the impact of his inspiration in and outside of the ring and how this impacted the political climate of the Civil Rights and BlackPower movement. With rare and never before seen footage and interviews with Kwame Toure (formerly Stokely Carmichael), Dr Martin Luther King, The Honourable Minister Louis Farrakhan and more. This film resonates far beyond Ali’s ring achievements dealing with faith, race and social justice that continue to confront us all today.
