The OECS Commission in collaboration with the embassy of Spain is pleased to offer 20 academic scholarships for a Professional Development Programme valued at $1,500EC each, aimed at promoting Spanish proficiency in the OECS region.
The programme will run from October 7th to December 12th 2019 and continue on January 6th to March 30th 2020.
Private and Public Sector Employees residing within the OECS Member States except Saint Lucia should attend.
