Catering Students Experience A Taste of St Lucia

A group of Catering students from Yorkshire in the United Kingdom had a ‘sweet’ time as they as gained valuable knowledge and a host of new skills from local celebrity chef Orlando Satchell during a two-week Turing Scheme work placement in Saint Lucia.
