Diabetes is the number 1 cause of death in our community and we need to be aware as to how to prevent it and how to manage, if diagnosed.

With the recent Diabetes Awareness Week programme by Diabetes UK, it is fitting that we have someone from our Caribbean research community to come and share with us to help us to better understand the disease and enable us to manage it effectively.

Prof. Dalip Ragoobirsingh is well loved in the Diabetes Community throughout the Caribbean as he is down to earth and has founded many Diabetes specific clinics.

The evening will also facilitate a Q&A session to open the discussion on some of the burning issues regarding this disease

Please come and bring your friends and family. See Biography of Professor Dalip Ragoobirsingh

This is a great opportunity that should not be missed.
