Karma operates irrespective of whether you’ve sown good or bad seeds in either yours or others lives. I prefer to say that when manifestation appears it’s the principle of sowing and reaping at work. Please note this article is not alluding nor suggesting that when bad things happen it’s always and primarily because we’ve done something horrible to someone. Sadly, for now we’re living on planet earth with the devil and his crowd who are intent on doing things to hurt people. This piece is solely attributed to persons who are bent on being disgusting and hurtful toward others, and why they must stop.
The Bible is clear in stating that ‘A man shall reap whatever he sows’¹. What this means is that if you’re going about doing good, then you’ll eventually reap health, wealth and success. However if you’re going about the place being a brute, defrauding people with a hateful heart, be prepared for sorrow, hardship and tears.
Many times as humans we’re under the misapprehension that it’s OK to hurt others and expect God to favour us. We truly believe that we can abuse generosity, kindness, hospitality and think that God is going to bless our endeavours, how wrong and pathetic such a notion is. Everything we do in life we must understand that we’re automatically executing the law of sowing and reaping, if we don’t shower we stink, if we eat too much then a bus is slimmer than our bodies!
When we intentionally set out to hurt someone we’ve left ourselves wide open to evil elements. We’ve set ourselves on a discourse that will have dire and sad consequences. The scriptures tell us clearly that God is love, and when we operate in pure love we’re flowing from the life of God. ²
We therefore see and know that God is not a monster whose mission is to hurt people. Have a think for a moment, has it ever fared well for a nasty person? Have you noticed when you’re around someone with a vindictive disposition, intent on hurting others no one wants to be around them? They’re known as ‘Billy no mates, because all they do is hate’. I mean for goodness sakes why waste your God-given energy on hurting instead of loving others?
Fight for what you love, don’t live and love to fight others, it’s not worth it. If they’ve hurt you just turn and walk away, God is your defender who will execute justice on your behalf. You don’t want to reap a harvest of being ignored, shunned and distrusted because you’ve sown bad seeds in someone else’s garden.
Be a lover and seek the goodwill of all, hurting others intentionally is from the kingdom of darkness whereas loving comes from the kingdom of light in Jesus name!
So if you want your life to go from strength to strength don’t hurt people, because at the end of the day you’ll be hurting yourself, is that what you really want out of life? I certainly don’t and I’m sure you feel the same.
So until next time, remember you are beautiful and wonderfully made – With love Amanda x
