Welcome
I hear the funniest requests and strangest declarations from customers, one being that ‘all the islands of the Caribbean are the same’. My investigations found out that although they had visited 2 or 3 islands they had spent their entire stay in the ‘compound’ of the hotel enjoying the exclusive use of the hotel beach, food and drink.
Today’s blog is not to discuss the perils or the benefits of all inclusive holidays (another time dear reader) but to share with you my intentions behind this Caribbean travel blog. I want to share with you the special characters we meets on our travels, the uniqueness of each island, our heritage, places to stay and see and of course if there are any special offers out there I will share the love with my loyal readers.
I WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU !! Cyberspace can be a lonely planet so connect and let me know the fabulous places you have visited and the wonderful people you meet when travelling in the Caribbean. I will of course be introducing you to all the great friends I make on my travel adventures.
So if you love to travel join me to get an objective and positive travel view that you can share with your friends, family and colleagues that will entice them to visit the paradise islands of the Caribbean.
Before I go I must tell you what happened when I shared the view that ‘all the Caribbean islands are the same’ to a friend who confusedly replied ‘each island is unique from, history, food, places of interest, accent and they all smell differently’. Well I can’t capture the fragrant odours of each island but I can provide you with the best holiday tips so your journey to the Caribbean is truly unforgettable.
So tell me…Does each island have a unique smell!!!
