When it comes to sports bras, are you aware there are three specific construction styles? Compression, encapsulated or natural-shaping and compression/Encapsulation.
Compression sports bras are one piece and you pull them over your head. They are popular because they allow breasts to compress against your chest allowing for minimal or no-bounce movement. If you’re a woman with small the medium sized breasts, A-B cups, this is the bra for you.
Encapsulated or natural-shaping sports bras look like normal bras with fasteners in the front or back. This style encapsulates each breast in an individual cup. Best suited for larger breasted women, C-cup or larger.
Compression/Encapsulation sports bars are a combination of compression and encapsulated bras. The encapsulate each breast and compress the breast against the chest. You can pull them over your head or around your arms as they can be closed with fasteners or zips. Medium to large breasts can be supported by them. C-DD cups.
