On behalf of the High Commissioner we regret to inform of the demise of Sir Shridath Ramphal, former Commonwealth Secretary-General, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Attorney General and Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, and International Statesman of Guyana. Sir Shridath Ramphal passed away on 30th August 2024.
The High Commission has opened a Book of Condolences for signing with effect from Monday 2 September 2024 for two weeks, from 11.00 to 4.30pm at the High Commission at 3 Palace Court, Bayswater Road, London W2 4LP.
