Step Out In Faith

I hope my articles inspire and motivate you to analyse your life, fill in the missing gaps in order that you fulfil your destiny and live the abundant life that Jesus paid a hefty price for you to live.

If you’ve discovered your gift of how to serve humanity you may be asking how and when do I execute it? Where do I start, what if I make some bad decisions which lead to economic, family and societal losses? It’s OK to have those questions swirling around your mind, because it shows that you’re contemplating changing the norms in your life that are no longer working for you. The realisation is that you’re no longer happy with the status quo and change is needed, and again you may be asking where do I begin?

Let’s look at Moses’ in the Bible, the book of Exodus. When he reached 40 he saw the plight of his people’s suffering, tried to resolve it in his own strength but it backfired, so timing is crucial, don’t step out on emotions such as pity or excitement. Those emotions flare up quickly and like a balloon can burst at any given moment. Whatever is in your heart to do, meditate, contemplate and get advice from wise people, wait on God for divine instructions then at His time take the necessary steps.

Moses was finally ready at the age of 80 to accomplish what God had put in his heart to do which was to deliver the children of Israel out of Egypt to live a free and powerful life to God, not one of bondage and poverty to Pharoah. By the way I’m not necessarily saying it will take you forty years to achieve what’s in your heart, Moses is just an example that great things take time to process and manifest.

It’s taken 8 years for my charity the eco sustainable ‘Female Dignity’ to manifest from a seed sown in my heart in 2015 to now. (www.femaledignity.co.uk ) I had to learn processes, seek wise counsel, do training courses etc, this is the first organisation created that’s debt free. I had made mistakes in the past with other businesses but they were learning curves of what to do and not do. God decided that now is the right time for this amazing work to come forth, I’ve stepped out in faith and it’s amazing the doors that are opening, thank you Lord!

I want the same for you, if you’ve been cultivating the dream in your heart, keep going, don’t give up, ignore the haters. When God called you to do something He didn’t have a conference call to seek man’s approval, He spoke to you and it’s time for you to step out, the earth is waiting for your contribution to change its wretched state into one of beauty.

Be encouraged you can do this, don’t miss out on the great things and wonders God has for your life!

So until next time, remember you are beautiful and wonderfully made – With love Amanda x
