Here’s an anecdote for headaches.

Studies show that if you rub peppermint oil on your forehead you may be able to receive the pain and reduce the sensitivity associated with tension headaches.

Mix peppermint oil with an equal amount of rubbing oil and apply a couple of drops to your forehead and temples. Wait 15 minutes, then massage the area for three minutes. Repeat three times a day.
