Did U Know Cucumbers and Paprikas have most of the vitamins we need?

As we continue the journey through fruits, vegetables and legumes to show how they impact possitively on our health we look at the Cucumber and Paprika.

Of course if you have any personal examples of other fruits, vegetables and legumes being of help to you please let us know so we can all stay healthy.

 

 

Cucumber – because of its ability to eliminate water from the body, is

invaluable for those with heart and kidney problems.  It can also be

applied to sores, burns and skin inflammations.

 

Paprika – stimulates the appetite, and is rich in vitamins C, A, B1 and B2.
