Birmingham born Celebrity Chef Orlando Satchell took time out from his busy week at his Saint Lucian based restaurant to provide some invaluable guidance to young cooks desirous of becoming chefs in the UK.

Chef Orlando who has been appointed Patron to the Caribbean Cultural Heritage Food project (#CariHerFood) promoted by the Caribbean New Frontier Foundation charity is to supervise a cohort of young Caribbean cooks who will participate in a televised cook-off at the end of twelve weeks where they will demonstrate their skills at a breakfast, lunch and dessert recipe.
