Keeping healthy for most is easier said than done. Watching what you eat, drink and even the company you keep is hard work for the maintenance of your body and mind. However, leading in the area of health preservation is an entirely different matter. Teaching people how to follow certain steps and precepts to give them the opportunity to improve their health and wellbeing is one thing but demonstrating those points, is another.
Our very own Tony Kelly who has been a man on a mission to save Black people from the clutches of diabetes for decades is showing us that he can walk the talk and not just talk the talk…A true leader! There is no better way to drive the point home to someone about any endeavour than to do it yourself. Well done Tony, I will add swimming to my exercise routine…as soon as I learn properly how to swim lol
