Dear National,

Please find below relevant information pertaining to repatriation to Grenada.

London to Barbados

The Grenada High Commission (London) is pleased to announce that it has been successful in negotiating access to 20 seats on a British Airways charter to Barbados, for STRANDED Nationals ONLY. This flight will leave London on Wednesday 3rd June 2020 at 11:20am from Heathrow Airport. The flight will also carry stranded Nationals from other CARICOM countries, so it is a shared load among several islands.

British Airways has instituted special one-way fares, which are exclusively available through the select agencies . The starting price for economy tickets is £379, subject to availability. Fares up to business class are possible.

While it is late notice, please indicate your interest in accessing this flight by sending us an email as soon as possible or call us and we will forward you the details for booking (Telephone and email below). This is necessary so that every potential passenger is registered with us and we can provide your name to the Booking agent. The flights are on a closed booking system.

Please note that all bookings will be on a first come first serve basis.

Barbados to Grenada

We have further held discussions with LIAT for onward travel to Grenada from Barbados, on arrival. LIAT will make a flight available for this purpose, at an additional fare of approximately £175 maximum per person.

Please send an email or call and we will provide all booking details.

Grenada’s Health Protocols

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be guided by the protocols issued by the Government of Grenada, through the Ministry of Health, including conditions for quarantine, for persons entering Grenada. All passengers will be tested and quarantined immediately upon arrival in Grenada, for 14 days. Passengers will also be required to bear the cost of their quarantine, if there is any.

The High Commission of Grenada will be your point of contact for any expressions of interest, queries or concerns as we support you through this process. We can be reached by email at [email protected] or at Telephone numbers 02073854415 or 07949675391.

The Government of Grenada understands the anxieties that you may have experienced in the uncertain COVID-19 environment and have certainly been receptive to welcoming you home, when it is safe to do so. We urge you to stay alert and safe and ask that you please observe ALL health and safety guidelines issued by the government.

Very warm regards,

Kisha Abba Grant

High Commissioner
