The International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, is the largest global development institution focused on the private sector in emerging markets. Working with more than 2,000 businesses worldwide, they use their capital, expertise, and influence to create markets and opportunities in developing economies around the world. In FY17, they delivered a record $19.3 billion in long-term financing for developing countries, leveraging the power of the private sector to help end poverty and boost shared prosperity.

As part of their commitment to creating a dynamic, creative and diverse working environment, they have launched a recruitment drive aimed to attract nationals of Sub-Saharan African and Caribbean countries. This initiative is for nationals with a current passport from a Caribbean or Sub-Saharan African country.
