Born in St Lucia, together with her husband Lyton, they own Fond Doux Plantation & Resort set in the rainforests of St Lucia. The Plantation is so unique that HRH Prince Charles requested a tour when he visited in March 2008.
Eroline’s story will interest you. Why? Because there’s a little of us in everything she says. She starts from the beginning; how her husband and her always aspired to work for themselves; how they failed and succeeded together…and how her life in the UK and the rest of the world, moulded their life and business.
Her words and messages are based on trial, failure and achievement that motivate beyond words.
