Keep your Garden Thumb Green

Date:

Gardeners are loving this time of year when they can design and select what they want to place into the soil.

Whether you’re a professional or a novice, don’t forget a simple rule of thumb: Always wear gloves. It’s not about keeping your nails clean and unchipped or prevent you from touching insects, or to stop you getting pricks from thorns, but most importantly, they protect your skin from pesticides, fertilizers, bacteria and fungi that lurk in the soil.

There are so many gloves on the market that provide protection, elbow length gloves are the fad now. Have a look.
