Courteville is listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange and ISO 9001:2008 certified with its principal focus being the development of e-business solutions for process re-engineering in all sectors.

They are well known in West Africa as a trusted company with a reputation for delivering innovative e-business solutions to complex problems and the adoption of fresh thinking in providing definitive solutions in their unmatched areas of expertise, ranging from e-government solutions, through business process re-engineering applications to retail business channel delivery services.

Courteville is the patent holder of the AutoRegTM Motor Vehicle Administration Documentation (AutoRegTM MVAD) business solution, through which it created the largest data capture and process platform in sub-Sahara Africa and over the years.

The company has honed its expertise and knowledge in the development of IT solutions that effectively solve endemic and peculiar challenges such as counterfeiting, forgery, revenue leakages, touting, unreliable databases, delivery time, etc, that are unique to the Nigerian environment and by extension most developing countries in general.

These solutions, which are all web-based and extremely cost effective to deploy, include the flagship and highly successful AutoRegTM MVAD, AutoInsure (3rd Party motor insurance retail platform), AutoReg InspectorTM (mobile phone based remote verification application), AutoRegTM Enumerator (mobile phone based remote data capture application), Parent-School Education Administration & Management Solution (P-SEAMS), Courteville Regulated Product Administration & Monitoring Solution and the Central Insurance Policies Database Solution.

Essentially, Courteville remains the preferred partner for governments, government agencies and companies seeking for business process re-engineering, empirical statistical information and market penetration in Nigeria

“This is a tremendous opportunity for Jamaica, as regards to proactive solutions for the Auto Insurance Sector” cited Denis St. Bernard, Ex- Principal of the Insurance College of Jamaica and Vice President of the Association of Insurance Institute of the Caribbean (AIIC).

St. Bernard who has represented the Caribbean regional insurance sector on assignments as far as Malta, gives a thumbs up to the Courteville AutoRegTM MVAD software solution product which could deliver positive overall results for all the stakeholders in the Auto Sector, which is one of the largest and most vibrant sectors in Jamaica, but also one of the most challenging as well.

Of significant interest he effused, is the investment commitment Courteville would bring along with its solutions deployment, coupled with opportunities for small businesses to latch onto its operation network and the employment created for numerous youths in the Country.

He went on to outline that now is a time of change and a time of opportunity. The forces of globalisation and technology are reconfiguring the global marketplace as we speak – and change is happening very quickly indeed. Millions of jobs are being wiped out.

At the same time, exciting new opportunities are emerging but time is of the essence.  The Caribbean brand is compelling.  If Caribbean businesses do not move quickly enough to monetise the Caribbean brand in overseas markets, others no doubt will.

There are clear signs that this is already starting to happen and collaborations with entities like Courteville therefore is very timely, sighted St. Bernard.

The Courteville high powered team lead by the Group Managing Director, Mr. Bola Akindele, will be in Jamaica from 20th – 24th Jan, 2012 to engage with Sector leaders, Key Operators and various organisations and government officials in forging this hopefully successful alliance.

CaribDirect.com, are expected to provide ongoing media support to the mission in Jamaica and Trinidad while coordinating daily releases with local and regional media organisations to ensure both the Diaspora and the entire Caribbean are aware of this significant trade mission.

The Bog Walk Community will be one of the communities identified for one of Courteville’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Projects, which will be led by Priority Group’s Project Manager Mr. Esua Samuels who is currently doing lots of creative work with the UNAJ Chapter in the St.Catherine Parish.
