How many ways have you tried to get a good night’s sleep?
I’ve tried drinking chamomile tea – that makes me drowsy when I wake. I’ve tried lavender drops and pillows, non-drowsy tablets and liquids – they make me dopey through the day. I’ve even tried alcohol; I sleep better but the following day I don’t feel like doing anything.
I’ve seen some new products on the block with interesting concoctions which research says aid good sleep. Like, lavender-scented facial oil, dream dust chocolate mask which has chamomile and ashwagandha, sleep aids with gamma-aminobutyric acid, L-theanine, and melatonin.
Has anyone tried a sleep aid that helped them sleep and wake refreshed?
