Like the rest of the developing world the Caribbean suffers the problem of too many cars on the road leading to congestion at peak times. The heavy reliance on petrol and diesel also pose problems for countries trying to reduce their carbon footprint. Could this Chinese manufactured fuel free car be the answer?
