The general feeling about the law of the land is that it is for the protection and guiance of all the inhabitants of that land…No favours and no special considerations. However this Traffic Warden is tested about his knowledge of traffic law and in my view has done a brilliant job in representing his position to an arrogant and impertinent English driver. It is possible this traffic warden is more qualified than the ‘clever’ driver.
