The last of the five eminent members of the panel is Commercial Attaché- Jamaican High Commission, London and European Regional Manager, Jamaica Promotions Corporation (JAMPRO)
Laurence Jones, LL.B (Hons.) LL.M.
Laurence is responsibile for the European operations of the Jamaica Promotions Corporation (JAMPRO), the Government of Jamaica export and investment promotion and facilitation agency.
He identifies and facilitates Jamaican exports to Europe; as well as identifies European companies and entrepreneurs that wish to be established in Jamaica.
Laurence holds a masters degree in International and Commercial Law from the University of Buckingham, and received the designation of World Trade Specialist.
He is a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of World Traders. He is also a member of Lincoln’s Inn and was called to the Bars of England and Wales and Jamaica in 2001 and 2002 respectively.
Laurence practiced as an Attorney-at-Law in Jamaica where he represented multinational corporations doing business in Jamaica.
