“But you definitely do not need to bring a jacket when visiting St. Kitts and Nevis.”

For Taipei ITF visitors, Huggins pointed to some must-see tourist attractions, such as Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park, which was listed as a United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) World Heritage Site for its historical, cultural and architectural significance.

“It is definitely one of the most well-preserved fortifications in the Americas,” she said. “When you get to the top of it, you can see the view of four different islands, so people are usually inspired by the magnificence of the structure and the amazing views.”

“President Ma Ying-jeou, who visited St. Kitts and Nevis in August, also chose Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park as one of his destinations to tour,” said Huggins.

St. Kitts and Nevis also offers wedding ceremony and honeymoon packages that are good for any budget, according to the ambassador.

“One thing that is special about the island is that the beaches are not as crowded compared to the beaches in Southeast Asian countries because of the nation’s small population,” she boast. “So tourists can have the opportunity to have the beach to themselves.”

Ambassador Huggins stressed that the Taipei ITF is the perfect place and chance for people to learn more about St. Kitts and Nevis and urged everyone to grab the opportunity while it exists, in order to get information on exciting travel packages and receive free merchandise from the Federation.
