‘disposed’ of. According to several blogging sites, RJR news reported that the Correctional Service Department uncovered the diabolical plot.
It was also said that the plot included a member of the ancillary staff and a fellow inmate at the Horizon Adult Remand Center. As many people are aware, this has been Kartel’s place since and before he was convicted for the murder of Clive ‘Lizard’ Williams. The story goes that the staff member was instructed by the inmate to collect what was believed to be bottles of lotion and ratchet knives.
Somehow said staff managed to smuggle these items in what it is believed to be a high security institution….Many wondered how that staff membered got through with such items.

The items were said to be used by the fellow inmate to attack Mr. Palmer when both were to be released from their cells. However, it’s stated that the staff member was caught and confessed to such intentions. Another story spoke of a female that attempted to get poison into the facility to harm Mr. Palmer. Police dismissed these allegations and stated them to be false.
