Beautiful, astute, thoughtful and captivating – just a few things that can be said of Omotola ‘Omosexy’ Jalade Ekeinde who gave an EXCLUSIVE interview to iROKtv. Listed among the 100 Most Influential people in the world by Time Magazine, ‘Omosexy’ gave a frank interview about what her accolades mean to her, how she still has dreams and how everyone should live for the moment.
In the interview, she discussed how the honour further showcased Nollywood amongst new audiences in the West. She goes on to say that the accolade has brought her more responsibilities whilst at the same time opens more doors for her, and that she has seen a three-fold increase in the number of invites as a speaker at events and shows across several countries. The Actors Guild Of Nigeria (AGN) celebrated Omosexy at Oriental Hotel Lagos on August 4. The National President of AGN – Ibinabo Fiberesima, Rita Dominic, Segun Arinze and several other Nollywood top shots were in attendance to honored and rejoice with the Nollywood icon.
