In spite of the rain and the inclement weather of the Notting Hill Carnival 2015 there was an impressive showing of mas bands. These bands displayed a genuinely love-filled assortment of colourful and extremely creative designs.
The gray skies and endless ponchos, plastic bags on heads and umbrellas did nothing to temper the mood and enthusiasm of the band managers, organisers and revellers alike.
