Leggings Jeans?

I saw these unusual styled leggings and was surprised that they were described as jeans. Probably as they’re made with a zip fly, but the lace-up front detail is definitely leggings right? What I like about them is they are high-rise waist so you can feel comfortable…I always wondered how people could wear low-waist jeans all day.
