The untold wealth gained by Britain over four hundred years ago from the blood sweat and tears of Africans forced from their homeland to work for FREE on the many plantations of the Americas, is no secret. The logic of compensating the slave owners when slavery was abolished was lost on the descendants of slavery for obvious reasons but the resistance to make restitutions for the pain and suffering inflicted on a people against their will for profit is fundamentally illogical.
