It-Dat and Xcel out ran the competition

SATURDAY MAY 11, 2013; ANOS VALE, SAINT VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES – It-Dat Track Club won the female club title, while Xcel Track Club won the male version at the 2013 Saint Vincent and the Grenadines National Club Championships which was contested at the Anos Vale Cricket Grounds today.

It-Dat totaled 423 points to win the female title, with Xcel in second place with 356, and Xceed third with 279 points.

Xcel Track Club took the male title with 569 points; It-Dat came in second with 479.50 points, and Xceed third with 303 points.

In the individual titles, Jonel John of Greathead Track Club took the female 15-and-under division with 21 points, followed by Shafika Maloney of It-Dat with 16 points, and Calisha John of Greathead with 13 points.

Xcel Track Club took the top three placings in the male 15-and-under division in Neilo Thomas – 30 points, Samwick Bruce – 19 points, and John Compton – 18 points, respectively.

Kerina Hooper of Xceed with 35 points won the 16-17 female division, followed by Sorenya Millar of It-Dat with 33 points, and Aaliyah Providence of Xcel with 25 points.

Lopex Mcfee and Mickish Compton of Xcel were the top two in the 16-17 male division with 23 and 17 points respectively; while the third place was won by Reberto Boyde of Xceed with 16 points.

Shantal Rouse of It-Dat won the 18-19 female division with 45 points, while Isha Williams and Nickyann Stephens both of Xcel took second and third with 34 and 32 points respectively.

Keron Arthur of Xcel won the male version with 41 points, while Brandon Parris with 39 points and Abiola Hinds with 18 points came in second and third respectively.

In the 20-35 female division, Alicia Cox of Xcel took the top spot with 47 points, Tonya Trimmingham also of Xcel second with 34 points, and Dorcia Edwards of It-Dat third with 27 points.

It-Dat athletes won all the top three placings in the 20-35 male division. Josh Hamilton took the top spot with 23 points, Kasique Oliver second with 22 points, and Kimorie Shearman third with 20 points.
