this is to let you know about our new crowdfunding project – A Growing Community – for which we are aiming to raise at least £30,000. As an organisation created during the first lockdown of 2020 to deliver mutual aid and provide a social service to Black and Ethnic communities in Hastings & Rother, we have rarely qualified for grant funding. Fortunately, our B.A.M.E. status enabled us to receive funding for a couple of our projects as part of the National Emergency funds (Joyful Roots and Dark Matters), however, we require core funds to help us continue our services.
