As the year 2023 comes to a close, on behalf of the staff of the Jamaican High Commission I would like to express our gratitude and appreciation for your continued support and engagement with our homeland and with the High Commission. Despite the challenges and uncertainties that the world has faced, you have shown resilience, solidarity and generosity in your support of the work of the High Commission in your contribution to Jamaica’s development and well-being.
We are proud of the achievements and accomplishments that you have made in your respective fields and communities, and we celebrate the diversity and vibrancy of our culture that you have shared with the world.
The Jamaican High Commission remains committed to strengthening the ties and bonds that connect us as one people, one nation. We also value your feedback and input on how we can better serve your needs and interests. Over the past year, we have implemented various initiatives and programmes to enhance our consular and diaspora services to the community.
The demand for Consular services remains high. We, therefore, encourage you to use our website as a hub for information, guidelines and application forms for all of our services. We look forward to deepening our relationship with the diaspora and serving you better in the coming year.
The holiday season is a time to reflect on the past and plan for the future. Let us, therefore, look forward to 2024 with optimism because it offers us the chance for new opportunities, new experiences and endless possibilities.
May God bless you and your families, and may God bless Jamaica.
H.E.Alexander Williams
