Commonwealth Secretarial Talks

Prime Minister of St. Kitts & Nevis, Dr. the Hon. Timothy Harris held constructive talks with The Commonwealth’s Secretary-General, Rt. Hon. Patricia Scotland QC (pictured at right), on the sidelines of high-level events at the United Nations on Monday, September 23^rd, 2019.  Prime Minister Harris was supported by St. Kitts and Nevis’ Ambassador to the UN, His Excellency Sam Condor and Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ms. Kaye Bass (both pictured).
