Beenie man And Shebada At Odds

Staff Writer - Kerran Monroe

Last Saturday, July 31st, popular Jamaican comedian, Keith ‘Shebada’ Ramsey appeared on the television show, Emix, where he claimed that beanie man refused to call his name at the recently ended Reggae Sumfest.

Apparently, Beenie Man, in promoting the two for one special where Delcita and Shebada were to star in two different plays for the price of one, refused to call Shebada’s name.  Beenie man instead said “Delcita an di oda one.”

Shebada, in his usual comedic style, responded to Beenie man by saying a ‘crocros bag a tings’.  The line that was used by Shebada that had the most impact in my mind and in the mind of other people that I have ineracted with was him sayin that he will “Empty Beenie like a wata bottle” at the two for one show.

Beenie man has since responded, not directly to Shebada but to the promoters of two for one.  In short Beenie man said that Shebada was referring to him a ‘di man wid di sista locks inna him hair’ and ‘Betweenie Man’.  Beenie Man said that Shebada disrespected him and if the promoters do not do something about it before the show, he will not be appearing on the show.

Celebrity row - Beenie Man and Shebada

My advice to Beenie Man is to not even look at Shebada twice, because he cannot win.  It does not matter if he wins a lyrical battle with Shebada or loses, either way he will still be a loser.  So Beenie, please nuh bother pay Shebada nuh mind.
